Internet, Telephone & Cable - COX

You can visit www.cox.com to set up Internet, Telephone, and cable services.

The Board is in the process of having Verizon FIOS installed in the community to offer more options.

Included with HOA dues: 

Trash Collection 

You can expect prompt and consistent trash pickup as part of our community’s provided services. Waste Management handles our trash compactor and recycling needs. 

Water & Sewer 

Water service is provided to all units and common areas including the pool!

Common Area Electricity
